David Orr

My name is David Orr and I've been a licensed Realtor® in Alabama and Georgia since 2004. I'm married with two sons and three grandchildren.
Prior to real estate, I worked in electronics and computer & Internet technologies for the government and business world.

Originally, I came to the Phenix City, AL / Columbus, GA area while serving as an electronics tech in the US Army (MOS 35E) at Ft Benning, GA. After experiencing the great weather and opportunities in this area, I decided to stay after completing my military service. I've lived in several states east of the Mississippi, as well abroad in Italy and Israel; and for the last twenty years, I've enjoyed living here in Phenix City.

I'm blessed in having a varied background and training in electronics, computers, web design, programming, video & multimedia production, and residential construction. All of these experiences give me a unique perspective in helping my client's with their real estate needs.

I believe that the goal of buying and selling should be as stress-free, fun, and positive an experience as possible.
